KOLKATA: Schools affiliated to the West Bengal authorities will reopen and begin classes, resuming from summer vacation from June 10. Education minister Partha Chatterjee on Thursday said that summer vacation which was earlier notified to remain until June 30 has been amended. “The faculties – primary secondary will reopen at the June 10,” the minister added. He assured via his social media submit that essential notice might be issued by means of the education division and secondary cell in this regard.

Earlier, June eight was the closing date for summer vacations which were prolonged up to June 30 later due to extreme weather conditions. Now, the government is mulling to renew classes from June 10, Monday.
