Supreme Court requested the CBI to record by means of June 3 its standing file at the ongoing probe into the alleged murder of 11 ladies at a safe haven home in Muzaffarpur. A bench comprising Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi and Justice Deepak Gupta said the subject could be heard by means of a vacation bench on June 3 maintaining in view the urgency of the case.
