After Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) began its crackdown on all illegal structures in the town post Takshashila arcade fire on May 24, on Wednesday, civic frame officials demolished 9,300 squarefeet of illegal RCC structure constructed by means of Savaji Tapi Paghdal, probably the most developers of Takshashila arcade, who's in police custody at this time.
