A Sri Lankan Buddhist monk, who used to be controversially released from prison, has claimed that a Tamil Nadu-based Islamic organisation had impressed the local Islamist extremist group NTJ for wearing out the country's worst terror assault on Easter Sunday. Nine suicide bombers performed a sequence of blasts on April 21, killing just about 260 people and injuring 500 others.
