Four people have been booked for allegedly cheating an worker of the state secretariat of Rs 23 lakh via promising to facilitate his switch. The complainant, Vidhyasagar Chavan, who's with the Town Planning division, had also been promised clearance of name for a land plot, mentioned officers of Kapurbawdi police station.
