The Republican-dominated Senate voted 25-6 for the invoice that might make acting an abortion at any level of pregnancy a prison punishable by up to 99 years or life in prison for the abortion provider. There could be no punishment for the girl receiving the abortion. The most effective exception could be when the girl's well being is at severe possibility.
