Youth Congress activists including corporator Bunty Shelke have alleged that Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA) started process to allot flats to people of economically weaker segment (EWS) during Lok Sabha elections only to profit BJP candidate and union minister Nitin Gadkari. NMRDA had allegedly started the method prior to elections with out completing housing tasks, and has now extended the dates.
