As many as 20 homes built in an upscale area of the town are below the scanner of the town government for illegal development. Developer DLF has written to the dept of the city and nation planning (DTCP), deputy commissioner and MCG, alleging that several plot owners in DLF-4 had carried out illegal buildings.
