China doesn’t seek to surpass america as the globe’s dominant energy but is ready to “combat to the end” if needed, defence minister Wei Fenghe stated, as industry friction grows between the arena’s largest economies. “China has no intention, no energy, to be the boss of this global, and in opposition to america to combat for this standing,” Wei stated at the Shangri-La Dialogue.
