With demise of 10 more kids, the toll fastened to 83 on Sunday morning because of suspected Acute Encephalitis Syndrome (AES) that has gripped Muzaffarpur and the adjacent districts in Bihar. Most of the casualties are between the age team of 1-10. According to the doctors, the deaths because of AES are being caused because of over the top warmth and humidity.
