A day after two-year-old infant, Fatehveer Singh of Sangrur district in Punjab, was once retrieved useless from a borewell after passing of 100 bizarre hours, Punjab and Haryana high court HC Arora has written a letter to Punjab leader minister Capt Amarinder Singh suggesting certain answers in rescue operations in instances where young children are trapped in borewells.
