The farmers in Jind and Charkhi Dadri districts have written a letter to the President in the hunt for mercy killing. The farmers have been staging a protest for previous two months as they seek higher repayment for their land got for developing the National Highway 152-D, between Narnaul and Ambala that touches eight district and around 200 villages in Haryana.
