Mobile ticketing app fails local train commuters

On moderate 30 to 35 UTS app users sign up complaints every day, says Central Railway officer.

The railway wants extra commuters to e-book unreserved tickets (local tickets) via its UTS cellular app, however several users say the app doesn’t always paintings.

He added that the Central Railway wants to convey down the minimum sensible card recharge quantity to Rs 10, from the present Rs 100.

Nowadays it takes extra time to get price ticket from UTS app rather than status in price ticket queue. Attaching a % for the same appearing how slow the app is

Anyone attempted railway UTS app? I problem you can’t e-book a price ticket through this app...it always presentations GPS error even if I'm status near the price ticket window... Once it confirmed me status 24 metres away.

If you're a move holder (paper price ticket or UTS) say from Churchgate to Dadar, and you propose to go Mahim/Bandra, there's no approach to get extension price ticket on UTS app, ATVM.
