INDORE: Indore bench of Madhya Pradesh prime court on Tuesday stayed an order by means of Ujjain’s Vikram University vice-chancellor to droop a professor for violation of election code of behavior by means of predicting victory of BJP in Lok Sabha elections and posting it on social media.

Justice Vivek Rusia allowed the pressing listening to of the petition by means of professor Dr Raju Musalgaonkar sooner than a vacation bench and stayed the college’s May 8th order postponing him.


Dr Raju Musalgaonkar, head of faculty of research for Sanskrit in Vikram University, was suspended after he had posted on social media on April 29 that BJP will protected around 300 seats and NDA will move the determine of 300.


A grievance in this regard was made by means of state Youth Congress secretary Bablu Khinchi, tough termination of the professor’s products and services for uploading posts favouring BJP and violating the type code of behavior for elections.

Pathak also claimed that Musalgaonkar was a HoD of Sanskrit in the college and the topic of astrology was an inherent portion of his instructing curriculum. The prediction was given with out favouring any political party.
