Delhi high court on Wednesday directed the Centre, AAP govt and Delhi Police to specific their stand in the Mukherjee Nagar incident wherein a street twist of fate resulted in a conflict between a pace driver and police team of workers. The court has also requested an officer of the rank of joint commissioner of police to file a report in the incident.
