A 35-year-old Juhu businessman is brain dead in a central Mumbai clinic after an iron rod fell on him whilst he was once getting into a development in Parel on Thursday afternoon. The victim, Rahul Saraf, had long gone to the Goods & Service Tax (GST) office situated in Lotus InfoCentre when the incident happened.
