Demanding that the Union home minister hang a gathering to study the legislation and order condition in the town, AAP Delhi convener Gopal Rai on Monday said that the criminals proceed to be fearless and there's no development in the legislation and order state of affairs even supposing the BJP came for the second time in the town.
