A day after 28 other people were caught midair for 40 mins at an amusement honest ride on Sabarmati Riverfront, it has come to mild that the honest organisers did not have permission to operate the specific ride. A case of negligence has been registered on the Sabarmati Riverfront (West) Police Station against the organisers for working the ride with out acquiring the important permission.

The honest was once organised via Bhavnagar-based Abhi Enterprises. While the promoters had sought the permission for the rides, the Drop Tower ride which malfunctioned was once put in once all other rides were inspected. The organisers, with out obtaining the approval, put in and operated the ride and put lives in danger on Sunday when it malfunctioned.
