Telangana tribal students beat all odds to clear NEET UG 2019

As many as 150 scholars from Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Earlier and Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions (TSWREIs) have cleared the NEET examination this 12 months.

Since the inception of the programmes, masses of scholars like Kovvuri and Ramavath have availed the benefits. Operation Blue Crystal used to be launched in 2015 on the traces of Bihar’s Super 30 to lend a hand meritorious scholars from the Scheduled Caste group who could not afford training in company institutions whilst Operation Emerald used to be launched for tribal scholars in 2017. In 2016, 26 scholars below the Blue Crystal programme secured MBBS and BDS seats followed by means of 37 scholars in 2017 and 40 in 2018. “We have 130 and 80 seats below Blue Crystal and Emerald, respectively.
