SURAT: A 32-year-old guy from Uttar Pradesh has been arrested from Dindoli space of the town for raping a six-year outdated lady on October 21.
The accused had tried to escape however police groups controlled to nab him on Sunday .
Dharmendra V Raidas lured the six-year-old playing outside her space in Dindoli space on Saturday and raped the minor lady.
The little lady in her bodily agony went house crying and informed her oldsters, who registered a criticism.
Police registered the offence underneath IPC 363, 376(2) (6 ) (M) and underneath section four and six of the protection of youngsters from Sexual offence act -2012( POCSO).
A senior authentic from Dindoli police said, "We have got medical tests of the accused conducted and arrested him. The accused tried running off from the city but we formed teams and sent it to different locations to nab him."
He also said that sufferer is present process medical remedy at present . The accused is a labourer and lives in Surat from last few years.
