Two girls go missing from housing society

GREATER NOIDA: A daughter of a scientist operating with the National Informatics Center (NIC) and her pal went missing on Monday from their houses in the Kasna house of Greater Noida.

The women — Stuti Mishra (14) and Anjali Binu Raj (15) — who had left the Informatics Society for every other housing society in the same sector to get their mission reports revealed round 7 pm did not return after that. A missing particular person's complaint has been lodged on the Kasna police station.

According to the complaint, the ladies had left the Informatics Society for the Meenakshi flats in the same sector for purchasing photocopies in their mission paintings however they did not return. Meenakshi flats has a photocopy shop.


"We tried to search for a long time in the sector but could not trace them. We also approached the residents and other relatives but they have not gone to their place," Binu Raj, Anjali's father, said in the complaint.


Both the ladies are scholars of Kendriya Vidyalaya Greater Noida. They did not carry any cell phone with them.


Raj told TOI they got the pictures from the CCTV cameras outdoor their society checked which printed that the ladies left the society at 7.06 pm. "We tried to speak to some of their friends but have got no leads so far. Police have said they will make attempts to search for the girls but nothing concrete has come out so far," he said.
