KANPUR: Two minor women, who have been going to a coaching on bicycles, died whilst two others, together with a 28-year-old motorcycl-borne guy, sustained serious injuries after being knocked down through a dashing truck near Peeranpur under Kotwali police station in Fatehpur on Sunday.
The deceased have been known as Chhaya Sahu (14), daughter of Satya Narain and Rachna (13), daughter of Shivsharan of Lodhiganj locality of the district. The truck, after hitting the girls, rammed right into a tractor and became turtle prior to flattening two others The driver managed to flee. "We have have lodged a case of rash and negligent driving against the truck driver. We have launched a hunt to arrest him," stated a police legit at Kotwali police station.
