Coimbatore: A building employee, who used to be all for series of three homicide instances in March 2013, used to be convicted for some of the homicide instances on Tuesday. He used to be sentenced to lifestyles imprisonment and slapped a fine of Rs 10,000 by means of the fourth further district judge (IV th ADJ) court here.
The employee, Ok Sridhar, 21, from Pungampalayam close to Karamadai, used to be residing in a rental area along with his wife Vaishnavi and their kid. He used to be unable to generate income and used to be struggling to steer a lifestyles. So, he decided to thieve money.
On March 28, 2013 night time, he drank liquor along with his relative and used to be returning to home. He noticed Velusamy, 49, a realtor of Pungampalayam close to a railway track and demanded money from him to eat more liquor. Velusamy refused to offer money and Sridharwas acuused of stabbing Velusamy to death and doing away with Rs 2,000 from him.
Later, he tried to damage open a petty shop at Kannarpalayam Pirivu at Karamadai. A non-public security guard Rajendran had noticed Sridhar and raised an alarm. Ramesh alias Mariappan who used to be dozing nearby, woke up and rushed to the spot and attempted to catch Sridhar. Unfortunately, Sridhar stabbed Ramesh to death and ran against a hut situated close to Karamadai railway station to hide.
A building employee Sekar, a native of Dharmapuri district, had noticed Sridhar inside his hut and raised an alarm. Immediately Sridhar allegedly murdered Sekar and managed to flee.
The trial of Ramesh homicide case used to be held sooner than judge G Vijaya. The court has sentenced lifestyles imprisonment to Sridhar and imposed a fine of Rs 10,000.
Few years ago, Sridhar murdered his wife Vaishnavi and the homicide case trial used to be held at a different court and he used to be sentenced to seven years rigorous imprisonment by means of the court. He has been spending his days behind the bars at Coimbatore central prison.tnn
