Chairman of the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), Prasoon Joshi, lashed out on Saturday at director Sanjay Leela Bhansali and the manufacturers of 'Padmavati', according to Times Now.

Offended through the fact that the movie was once screened remaining night time to selected people, Joshi reportedly mentioned that Bhansali and the manufacturers are using this procedure "to subvert the existing norm of film certification".
