The draft law on triple talaq has been finalised through the Centre and despatched to states on Friday for session, despite the fact that it is not binding at the Centre to take concurrence of states on any law handed through each the Houses of Parliament. The law, however, may not be applicable to the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
A sufferer of triple talaq within the proposed law can search custody of youngster kids and maintenance for self and dependable kids through approaching a magistrate after registering a grievance with the police.
