Two men killed in road accident

Two men died on Sunday once they fell from a motorbike close to the federal government upper secondary college at Pethikuttai. The deceased, M Arunkumar, 30 of Veerakeralam and S Ramachandran, 28 of Poosari Mariamman Street, had been returning to their house from Sirumugai. Arunkumar, who was using the bike, lost keep watch over and fell down with Ramachandran, who was the pillon rider, police stated. Both men suffered severe head injuries. "Arunkumar died on the spot. Ramachandran was taken to the Mettupalayam Government Hospital where he was declared as brought dead," the police stated. TNN
