Coimbatore: A Coimbatore-based youth, who aspires to serve within the Indian Forest Service, has bagged the 43rd rank within the Union Public Service Commission exam, results of which was once announced on Monday.
Thejhas Sekhar, recently working as the assistant director within the ministry of defence in New Delhi had studied within the Stanes Higher Secondary School after which pursued BTech within the Amrita College of Engineering right here. He is son of BJP state treasurer SR Sekhar.
UPSC had carried out the IFS exams in December closing. Those who cleared the main exams were referred to as for private interviews in February first week. Out of the 330-odd referred to as for the interviews, 110 emerged successful of which 14 were from Tamil Nadu.
