No permanent stay on EDM fests in Anjuna

PANAJI : The National Green Tribunal recently declined to completely stay electronic dance music (EDM) festivals in Anjuna. However, the tribunal’s order, delivered remaining week, laid out that such occasions must comply with all stipulations stipulated for the grant of permissions and that organisers must repair the world used back to its unique position. “Any default on this regard shall make the organizer of such match liable to pay environmental repayment,” the order states.

They instructed the tribunal that the valuables in question has porous soil and is like a water reservoir with a variety of biodiversity.


The candidates also instructed the court that prior to the beginning of ‘Sunburn 2013’, grass and plants at the property have been set afire to make it appear as barren land, thus facilitating easy approvals from government for actions prohibited within the house.


The respondents denied all allegations referring to opposed have an effect on of the fests at the atmosphere.
