Earlier in the week, Varrier had filed a plea in the court over the case registered in opposition to her movie 'Oru Adaar Love' in Telangana.

The Raza Academy, on February 16, had penned a letter to Union Information and Broadcasting minister Smriti Irseeking a ban on the tune from her debut film.


The complainants alleged the movie's tune 'Manikya Malaraya Poovi' offends the non secular sentiments of Muslims.


The first tune of Malayalam film 'Oru Adaar Love' became viral on the social media inside few hours of its liberate because of Varrier's lovable articulations and wink. Since then, the 18-year-old has turn into the controversy of the city.
