Residents seek curbs on late night loud music

NOIDA: The RWA federation has written to SSP Love Kumar and district Justice of the Peace BN Singh alleging that loud song is being played past due in the night time at neighborhood centres throughout the marriage season. They stated a large number of proceedings had been filed by residents announcing that aged people and children were not having the ability to sleep while students could no longer prepare for the checks.

“There is serious disturbance being confronted by many voters across the residential sectors because of uncontrolled and unhindered loud song in neighborhood centres throughout weddings and different programmes. Orders from leader minister Yogi Aditya Nath in opposition to use of loudspeakers as well as a Supreme Court verdict of a 10pm closing date are being violated often,” stated AN Dhawan, the secretary-general of the Federation of Noida Residents Welfare Associations (FONRWA).

The RWA federation has sought important directives to the patrolling police teams to ensure that the volume of sound methods used to be kept low and limited to the 10pm closing date as stipulated by the apex court docket.
