NEW DELHI: An autorickshaw driving force was once killed and several others injured when a Maruti Ciaz automotive pushed via a 17-year-old rammed into a three-wheeler near the Tolstoy Marg on Thursday morning.
The automotive belongs to the accused teen's uncle who had passed over the keys to him. Police are probing if the child was once under the influence of alcohol. The incident was once reported round 6am on Thursday.
Police officials the teenager was once travelling with 3 other pals who're also injured within the twist of fate. Eyewitnesses told the cops that the car was once travelling at a high speed and had jumped the signal at the KG Marg-Tolstoy Marg crossing. The autorickshaw that was once coming from Connaught Place was once thrown a a number of meters away after being rammed via the car. The autodriver was once beaten beneath the three wheeler.
Police say the teenager who was once riding the car suffered head accidents and has been admitted to a health facility.
A case of causing loss of life because of negligence has been registered in opposition to the teenager. His uncle too has been booked for allowing a minor to pressure his vehicle.
