NEW DELHI: AAP MLAs on Friday claimed that Delhi executive officials didn't take their telephone calls after the EC had disqualified them for containing office-of-profit, but asserted that the development work of their spaces will speed up now after the Delhi prime courtroom equipped them a breather.
The courtroom set aside the election fee's decision to disqualify 20 AAP MLAs within the office-of-profit case and directed the ballot frame to hear the matter afresh.
Terming the EC's advice on their disqualification as "vitiated", the courtroom said there was violation of natural justice and no oral hearing was given to the MLAs sooner than disqualifying them as legislators of the Delhi assembly.
