MUMBAI: The state has made up our minds to stick recovery of energy expenses run up through farmers given their present hardships, leader minister Devendra Fadnavis informed the assembly on Thursday. “Earlier farmers who suffered more than a 33% crop loss have been being considered for NDRF help. Now help can be in keeping with panchanamas that file a more than 33% loss.
