Chennai: The Velachery police booked 8 other folks, who manhandled a sub-inspector, traffic wing. The policeman he tried to seize the violator’s car for allegedly tearing the tremendous challan issued for riding without helmet.

He issued an e-challan asking him to pay a tremendous of Rs 100.

“We have evidence when an e-challan is given, as the main points are mechanically uploaded to the machine. Hence, we will be able to end up that the challan was handed over to him,” said a senior police officer.
