Kamal Haasan says he will leave a better Tamil Nadu behind

CHENNAI: Actor-turned flesh presser Kamal Haasan on Tuesday asked scholars to be vigilant concerning the prevailing politics and said he would go away a greater Tamil Nadu behind.
Speaking after inaugurating the annual cultural fest -- Instincts 2018 – at SSN College right here, Kamal said, “I would like you scholars to transport Tamil Nadu ahead. Be vigilant concerning the prevailing politics. Please vote without fail. Only because many people like us refrained from voting booths we are on this dire state nowadays.”


The actor said his newly launched celebration -- Makkal Needhi Maiam -- was “in search of people such as you.” “Bring your concepts to us. We will concentrate to you and learn from you,” he said.


“You are the centre of universe. Maiam (centre) is like the needle of the weighing scale. Maiam is the location of the judge. We will take sides after looking at from the centre which facet is the most efficient. Being at maiam helps us judge better. Being on the maiam is like being fair. It calls for effort and exuberance” he said.


He said, “I am going to die for your carrier. I can depart a greater Tamil Nadu behind.”


He informed scholars to enjoy the faculty days. “You won't get this happiness in existence again. Enjoy your freedom at the campus with responsibility. When you permit the campus, you're going to lead me. Naalai namathe (Tomorrow is ours),” Kamal said.
