NOIDA: A district courtroom has ordered an FIR to be lodged in opposition to 15 administrators of International Recreation and Amusement Limited (IRAL), for allegedly duping the landlord of a tool construction firm of Rs 53.five lakh, at the pretext of promoting him a property in Gurgaon’s Sector 29. This, after a complaint was once filed in Sector 49 police station on February 12, with a duplicate submitted to the Noida SSP, however an FIR was once now not lodged within the topic.
The topic pertains to a property deal struck in 2012, when complainant Mukesh Sharma was once on the lookout for a property to buy, which he may then give out on hire.
