BHUBANESWAR: Chief secretary A P Padhi on Thursday directed quite a lot of govt departments to submit fresh mission proposals which can be taken up under the Odisha Mineral Bearing Areas Development Corporation (OMBADC).
The OMBADC, a unique agency for building of mineral-bearing areas, was constituted in 2014 with contribution from lessees for the amount they had paid for diversion of woodland land (Rs 7 to nine lakh in step with hectare) for mining goal.
The OMBADC finances are being spent in over 700 villages in eight mineral-bearing districts like Angul, Dhenkanal, Jajpur, Jharsuguda, Kendujhar, Koraput, Mayurbhanj and Sundargarh, mentioned an authentic supply.
