GURUGRAM: MCG has asked over 50 resident welfare associations (RWAs) to provide utilisation certificate, explaining use of repairs finances for parks in their societies. The move comes after a city-based RTI activist filed a grievance with the MCG commissioner, alleging misuse of the finances through RWAs.
According to complainant SK Sharma, the cash spent on repairs of parks has doubled between 2016-17 and 2017-18 without a proportionate build up in choice of RWAs receiving the finances.
