CHENNAI: The police on Wednesday arrested a lawyer for opening fireplace at a hotel in Kelambakkam close to Mamallapuram.
The accused got into a controversy with a hotel employee for now not providing him the non-vegetarian food he had ordered for. He threatened them at gun level and created panic via opening fireplace. No used to be injured within the incident.

The Kelambakkam police seized the revolver and four bullets from the suggest, S Madhavan. They said he used a licensed revolver.

Madhavan, a resident of Anna Nagar in Madurai, used to be staying at a hotel while on an professional travel.
