Gurgaon: The forest division on Saturday withdrew a permission to chop a tree in C Block of Sushant Lok 1.
“As locals raised a concern over the chopping of a tree, we have withdrawn the permission. The permission was sought via a person stating that the trees had been obstructing front to the home. However, it was noted that the tree lies in the corner of the plot,” mentioned a source in the division.
Environmentalist Ashok Raghav mentioned, “Many builders are chopping down trees that have been found in front of the plots since remaining many years. The downside is that the forest division simply gives permission, without visiting the spot. However, we're satisfied that no less than one tree has been stored via taking flight the permission.”
