BENGALURU: Two youngsters have been injured when they have been jolted by means of high-voltage surprise while attempting to pluck fruit from a Singapore cherry tree at the premises of Govindarajanagar executive highschool on Sunday.
Darshan and Dayanand, each aged 9 and scholars of the school, have been playing inside the faculty premises.
The boys, each residents of Govindarajanagar, had climbed the tree at 5.30pm and tried to select some culmination. A department touched a high-tension cord and, with the surprise, each fell to the ground. Alerted by means of passersby, police reached the spot and shifted them to Victoria Hospital “Darshan has sustained severe accidents, while Dayanand is out of threat,” stated Ravi D Channannavar, DCP (west). Vijayanagar police) have registered a case of negligence.
However, Priya Krishna, Govindarajanagar MLA, who visited the spot, stated there was once no negligence at the part of the government.
