GUNTUR: The 55-year-old guy accused of raping a minor lady two days in the past used to be found placing from a tree within the wooded area near the Amaralingeswara Swamy Temple at Daida in Gurajala mandal on Friday afternoon. Police said Subbaiah lured the nine-year-old lady to his space in Dachepalle village with biscuits on Wednesday evening and dedicated the crime. The profusely bleeding victim narrated the incident to her oldsters, following which villagers staged protests, blocked highways and vandalised the accused’s space. By Thursday evening, police traced his cell phone to a space near Tangeda Tower and got dangle of a phone conversation that Subbaiah had with a relative by which he expressed regret for committing the crime and bringing shame to his son.
On Friday morning, police teams fanned out searching for the accused. The Krishna river too used to be scoured by way of law enforcement officials in boats. Around 1.15pm, citizens found the frame placing from a tree in Daida and knowledgeable police. Ministers Chinnarajappa and Prathipati Pullarao have been in Dachepalle to take inventory of the placement after they have been knowledgeable of the frame. Chinnarajappa then introduced that Subbaiah dedicated suicide.
Not pacified by way of his death, Dachepalle citizens insisted that Subbaiah’s frame be passed over to them so that they may be able to publicly set it afire. Subbaiah’s relations refused to take possession of the frame. Finally, his son performed his final rites at Gurujala.
The minor lady who underwent trauma after the assault is convalescing on the Guntur Government General Hospital.
