BENGALURU: The officials of Bangalore Development Authority (BDA), who hitherto used to engage with most of the people between 3pm to five.30pm at their places of work, shall be available to engage with the general public between 11am and five.30pm on all operating days.
The transfer comes following a related demand from common public as they had been dealing with problem meeting officers with the restricted time frame of one.five hours.
In a circular issued on Wednesday, the BDA has mentioned that the general public can talk over with the BDA place of work between 11am to five.30pm and meet the involved officials for redressal of their grievances.
The authority has also mentioned that public criticism meeting shall be held in BDA place of work on each Wednesday’s of 2nd and 4th week of each month at 3pm.
