COIMBATORE: Four people have been killed in two separate injuries reported at Annur and Narasimhanaickenpalayam in as many days.
A couple was once killed after a speeding borewell truck rammed their bike from at the back of close to Pioneer rolling mill at Narasimhanaickenpalayam on Tuesday round 12 midday.
The deceased have been recognized as R Mohanasundaram, 59, a farmer from No four Veerapandi, and his wife M Kalavathi, 55, a lab assistant with Kongunadu Arts and Science College at GN Mills.
According to police, the accident happened when the couple was once travelling on a bike on Coimbatore-Mettupalayam highway. “When they neared Pioneer rolling mill at Narasimmanaickenpalayam, the truck hit their two-wheeler from at the back of.
