AHMEDABAD: Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani on Monday introduced ‘Online Development Permission System’ (ODPS) in Gandhinagar, asserting that the state government is working in opposition to just right governance with transparency and sensibility.
The CM additional claimed that the state government desires to use technologies to optimal stage to create a web based clear operating environment for the government departments like Home, revenue, Urban Development and others so that not unusual voters get their works completed without delay from house.
Rupani also dispensed cheques price of Rs 1,010-crore for the developmental works carried out beneath the ‘Swarnim Jayanti Chief Minister Urban Development Scheme’.
The Chief Minister expressed confidense that giving freedom to voters - not requiring permission for making construction as much as limit of 125 sq. mt. - would not be misused through them. The initiative taken through Gujarat to convey 162 nagarpalikas under-one umbrella through Online System would showcase the all-round expansion of the state.
Gujarat’s experiment with “Good Governance and Transparent Administration” would display a new path to the country, he added.
