Odisha: Ex-Mumbai top cop Arup Patnaik to head State Youth Welfare Board

BHUBANESWAR: Former Mumbai police commissioner Arup Patnaik, who just lately joined the BJD, has been appointed as govt chairman of the newly-formed State Youth Welfare Board.
