Tirupur: Twenty-two out of 32 scholars of Class XII of a private CBSE school in Tirupur have failed in the board exam this 12 months. What has been clueless for each the scholars and their folks is that a lot of them have scored in single digits.
Blaming the faculty management for allegedly providing poor coaching, the scholars and fogeys blocked the street in entrance of the faculty on Monday. This is the second batch of students to seem for the board exam from the private school on Amaravathipalayam Road at Vijayapuram.

All of them have scored greater than 90% and a few even acquired 100% (500 marks out of 500) in Class X. “My son had got 500 out of 500 in Class X, but now he has failed in 3 topics in Class XII, all of those marks have been in single digit. In mathematics, he scored 0 mark. I trusted the faculty and expected at least decent marks. We couldn’t make the place it went mistaken,” stated the father of a pupil.


“I could now not imagine those marks. How could they award me 0 mark in mathematics? I was expecting at least 50-60 marks in the topic,” stated the student.


Many scholars blamed the faculty management for allegedly providing poor coaching. “When we went to meet the faculty management, they refused to meet us collectively but best in a position to meet us personally. Despite our steady requests, they didn't agree, and we were not allowed within the school. So, we staged a highway roko in entrance of the faculty to attract their consideration,” stated the mother of some other pupil.


When contacted, educational coordinator of the faculty instructed TOI: “We provided certified instructing workforce and we expected excellent marks from the scholars. But hastily, many failed and even scored very low marks. We will have to find whether or not there were errors in the analysis. We don’t know why the scholars are in opposition to us. We will assist them to use for revaluation and reverification.”
