AHMEDABAD: With an overcast sky and mud typhoon bringing down temperatures in northern Gujarat, citizens had been looking forward to some respite from the warmth. Meteorologists clarified that the phenomenon is a “extremely local impact” and isn't hooked up to the weather conditions in north India.
