KOLKATA: A joint team from the Bidhannanagar Police detective division and the Airport police station arrested wholesale chicken broker Kausar Ali Dhali, accused of promoting lifeless and rotten chicken, soaked in formalin, from Hasnabad in North 24 Parganas on Tuesday night time.
The police, who had been on his path since April 28, stated they used each human and technical inputs to trace down Dhali who was seeking to flee to Bangladesh. This is the ninth and probably the most an important arrest in this racket.
