Coimbatore: A 77-year-old murder convict died of asthma-related headaches within the Coimbatore Central Prison within the early hours of Wednesday.
According to police, Ok Chinnakalai, who was once being handled for bronchial asthma at the prison hospital, found it tricky to breath because of a metamorphosis in weather situation on Tuesday afternoon. He was once rushed to the Coimbatore Medical and Hospital (CMCH), the place he died with out responding to remedy. The body was once sent for postmortem.
Chinnakalai, a resident of Rasipuram, was once sentenced to existence imprisonment in December 2007 for a murder that he had dedicated in Namakkal in 2006.
